The Breakfast of Champions

This guy has been homeless since the time I was in high school even before(2000)…Some call him Chuck or “le gars avec un bras”(The dude with one arm) He goes through winter sometimes with no shirt just for the heck of it. Its not funny but he really does it and our winter is like hell here, -20 degrees. He is somewhat crazy because he always tells girl bystanders that he wants to lick their pussy or rant on random shit. One thing is that he always has a fresh pair of socks on him…He’s a lurker…
